Hong Kong: It appears that under

Section 88 (8) of the Liquors Ordinance

No. 36, of 1931, the Governor in Council

may grant exemption from payment of

duty, but that the only actual exemp-

tion in the Colony is that provided

under Sect. 89 of the Ordinance for

Naval and Military Stores and intoxi-

cating liquors imported or purchased
